Getting in from India

KLM is the best option from Indian cities such as Bangalore and Mumbai with a stop in Amsterdam and a technical stop in Bogota. Turkish Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa, and Emirates Airlines also provides service to Bogota, where you can then catch a short one hour flight to Cartagena. Alternatively, if you are visiting friends/family in the US, then you can fly to the US and then take a separate direct flight from the US.

Getting in from the US

There are direct flights to Cartagena from several US cities including Miami, Atlanta, New York/Newark, and Fort Lauderdale. Most major cities (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, etc) have direct flights to Bogota where you can then catch a short one hour local flight to Cartagena.

Getting in from Europe

There are direct flights to Cartagena from several European cities including Madrid (Ultra Plus Airlines) or Amsterdam (KLM). Alternatively you can fly to Bogota on Air France (Paris), Lufthansa (Frankfurt), Avianca (London, Madrid), and then catch a short one hour local flight to Cartagena.
